Mr. Dublin is a retired Marine Corps Infantry Officer with more than forty-five years’ experience developing physical security, decision support, crisis management and critical infrastructure protection systems and programs. Immediately
after 9/11, Mr. Dublin began work on critical infrastructure security throughout the United States. In 2002, he worked with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey on its critical infrastructure security planning team and the
newly formed Counter Terrorism Division of the New York City Police Department. Throughout the 2000s, Mr. Dublin worked closely with the Department of Homeland Security on port and critical infrastructure protection projects throughout
the United States. Mr. Dublin founded Talon as the operational lead for the first post-war criminal court in Iraq. He holds a BA from the University of Colorado and a MS from the Naval Postgraduate School.

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Cordano is the senior executive and business development lead responsible for daily operations and corporate proposals. Mr. Cordano retired from the U.S Army after 20 years, of which 16 years were in Special
Operations. He served in numerous assignments of high national security responsibility resulting in multiple combat tours throughout the Middle East, Europe, Eurasia, Southwest Asia and the Sahara and Sub-Sahara of Africa. Mr. Cordano
is a proven leader in all facets of Special Operations, Man Hunting, Counter Terrorism and Threat Mitigation; to include serving as the Joint Special Operations Task Force (J-SOTF) Afghanistan Tactical Surveillance Equipment Non Assisted
Recovery manager (TSE-NARM), Director of Operations and Intelligence for the CJ-3 Personnel Recovery Division (PRD) at Multi National Forces – Iraq. He designed and directed the Unconventional Assisted Recovery Coordination Center
(UARCC) and Non-Conventional Assisted recovery Coordination Center (NARCC) in Iraq. Additionally, Mr. Cordano was Director of Intelligence and Operations of the PRD for the United States Forces (USF-I) - Iraq, a Department of State
Regional Security Office (RSO) Tactical Operations Center (TOC) Watch Officer for the U.S. Embassy in Afghanistan and engaged in numerous commercial enterprises, as well. He holds a BS from the University of Maryland (ED), a Black
Belt certificate in Six Sigma, a Masters Certificate from Villanova University.
James O’Brien is an expert in Secure Global Supply Chains and multimodal transportation. He has worked closely with both businesses and government entities as well as various shipping lines and transporters in seventy-eight countries.
From port security and loss mitigation to secure intermodal and international transportation, Mr. O’Brien oversaw the full spectrum of secure logistics movements globally for a myriad of clients. Among many of his most recent projects,
James managed a DLA Fuel Security Initiative in combat theaters, the PAK GLOC movement of retrograde cargo, and field-to-port pipeline construction logistics in East Africa. For the past decade, O’Brien managed both anti-theft and
anti-contamination operations for military fuel supplies originating at a variety of foreign ports. Mr. O’Brien has written one book, twelve academic journal articles, and delivered hundreds of presentations on secure logistics to
colleges and professional organizations. He holds a Masters of Arts in Law & Diplomacy in Islamic Studies and Strategic Studies from Tufts University and a MBA from the College of William and Mary. He is a former Marine.
Mr. Looper is a veteran of the U.S. Army Special Forces. During his career, he has trained and worked with Special Operations units of all branches of the US Military and those of many U.S. Allies. In that time; he been involved in Planning/Conducting/Debriefing
Security Assessments of Nuclear Power Plants, Power Generation & Transmission and critical Infrastructure facilities, to include Ports; throughout the United States. In addition to his relevant experience garnered throughout his
military career, he was previously licensed and worked as both an Armed/Unarmed Security Officer in a number of capacities. As Corporate Security Manager, Mr. Looper is responsible for identifying, diminishing and managing any such
development that may cause harm to the organization’s continuance and survival. He is responsible for protecting the organization from any threat that may affect its resilience. More specifically, he is responsible for the safety and
security of the organizations, People, Property and Information. Mr. Looper oversees and coordinates security efforts across the organization, including information technology, human resources, communications, facilities management
and other groups.
Mr. Goodwin is a Royal Navy veteran with ten years’ experience in Operations Management and Risk Mitigation. He holds extensive Risk Assessment Methodologies qualifications from Sandia National Laboratories, with a focus on Critical Operational
Facilities and Mission Risk. During his military service, he deployed on Anti-Piracy and Humanitarian Operations in the Gulf of Aden, Indian Ocean, Middle East and East African coast during a time of heightened hostage-ransom activity.
As the Operations and Vulnerability Expert, Mr. Goodwin is responsible for assessing and mitigating risk to the client as well as Talon Security Services through assessment of risk within operations and facilities.
As the Facility Security Officer, Mr. Madrid reviews and improves upon the security of an organization to ensure its assets are secured. Mr. Madrid is a skilled manager and a dedicated leader with more than 18 years of military experience
in training, coaching, and mentoring individuals and units within the United States Armed Forces. Having served 16 years in the Marine Corps and 2 years in the Army Reserves as a Military Police Officer and Administrative Chief, Mr.
Madrid has excellent communication, delegation and motivational skills within the workplace, with a focus on responsibility and integrity. Through military training and discipline, Mr. Madrid’s close attention to detail places great
importance on communication and feedback towards creating organizational success. Mr. Madrid has training in MTSA/ISPS Facility Security Officer (FSO) Course, FSO for Non-Possessing Facilities, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
National Incident Management System (NIMS), First Army Academy Observer, Coach/Trainer (OC/T), and Physical Security Operations.
As the Vulnerability Assessment Team Leader Mr. Edson is responsible for identifying and developing teams with a wide range and diverse capability in order to protect personnel and their assets with detailed plans and processes to assess
and articulate risk assessment of vulnerability exposures and/or insecure configurations against attacker methodology. Mr. Edson provides expertise in threat mitigation and program management to ensure a diverse team with subject matter
expertise in physical infrastructure, network security as well as physical and operational security are in place actively protecting the client from outside attack, influence or destabilization of their on-going corporate or government
operations. The unending support by Mr. Edson to the client whether military or civilian creates a sense of security and assuredness that creates a more synced working environment allowing for an unimpeded and productive workspace.
Mr. Edson completed a 30-year military and civilian career specializing in Counter-Terrorism, Intelligence and Threat Vulnerabilities. After multiple combat deployments including Operation Desert Storm, IFOR and KFOR (Bosnia)
and Operation Enduring Freedom with the military he served as the Operations SME in the Unconventional Assisted Recovery Coordination Cell (UARCC ) USF-I J3 Personnel Recovery Division (PRD) during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operations
New Dawn. Mr. Edson has over 18 years of experience mentoring US and multi-national military personnel as well as conducting tactical and strategic engagement focused in intelligence collection and analysis. Mr. Edson is a proven leader
and manager of complex and sensitive projects both overseas and in the United States. Currently Mr. Edson holds positions as the Tactical Operations Advisor and Lead PM position overseeing and ensuring the efficient execution of multiple
contracts providing support for military and the intelligence community. He has successfully designed and managed teams for multiple special activity requirements overseas and continues to be successful in strategic planning, foreign
leadership engagement, inter-agency coordination and threat vulnerability assessment.
